The 340B Winter Conference is a must-attend event for all 340B stakeholders – covered entities, pharmacies, service providers, manufacturers, government officials, and all those committed to providing care to patients in need living with low incomes and those in rural areas.
As the nation’s safety-net hospitals, health centers, and clinics celebrate 30 years of 340B ensuring access to patientcare, they also are facing unprecedented challenges. Certain manufacturers, pharmacy benefit managers, health insurers, and others continue to restrict access to 340B savings, and several have gone to court in an effort to keep these restrictions in place. A new federal drug pricing law will have effects on the size of future 340B discounts on some of the top-selling drugs covered by Medicare. A new Congress and new committee leadership will be coming to Capitol Hill in January, increasing the need for 340B education and advocacy.
Join your colleagues from across the country to learn new ways to make sure your 340B program is meeting the needs of the patients you serve.
